Living in cozy knits with all of this cooler weather! It’s hard to find the perfect taupe sweater for Fall, so I am so glad that I found this one!! It is the perfect weight and is incredibly soft. I just want to curl up on the couch in it! I love the cutout detailing and how it effortlessly drops off the shoulder. The sweater is from HER Boutique and you can find it here!

Hey guys! I honestly don’t think it is possible to have too many white dresses. I stumbled upon this maxi from HER Boutique and knew I had to have it!! That back rope detailing? Swoon. It’s one of those dresses I know I’ll have forever and will bring along on several beach vacations. It is also extremely versatile, which I love. The dress speaks for itself, so you don’t have to pair anything with it to have a great outfit. If you’re headed out for the weekend try pairing it with a sun hat and flats! Or wear it for engagement or family photos with a flower crown to make it look ethereal and incredibly boho chic.

Good morning, and happy Monday everyone! I hope you are all coming from a wonderful weekend! I fall more in love with San Francisco each and every day and feel so fortunate to live here. In a lot of ways it reminds me of Europe, take for example this tiny alleyway that I walk past every day to run errands and to grab my green juice or smoothie from Earthbar. This city is so charming and I am constantly in awe that I actually get to live here! I will be doing a post of my favorite things to do and favorite places to go in the city very soon!

Hints of Fall

This may be premature, but fall is right around the corner! I’ve been gravitating towards, these rich, rusty hues in anticipation of the changing seasons. Mustard yellow has always been a favorite of mine. You can’t go wrong with it. This is the most insanely soft tee I own and if i’m not wearing it to sleep in, i’m throwing it on for a casual night out. I love that it has longer sleeves too. There is nothing I hate more than wimpy little sleeves, and i’ve found this to be the perfect length! I’m heading out with one of my good friends to work on a fun project around the city today. So make sure to follow along on Snapchat: TheCityBlonde

Worth the Cold Shoulders

Good morning everyone!!

Happy Saturday! Today is all about achieving that semi-casual, semi-dressy look. Let’s get real, even my casual looks aren’t very casual. I LOVE getting dressed up more than just about anything, and I love finding certain clothing items that can be both dressed up and down. For example, I literally DIE FOR this cold-shoulder top from HER. Boutique. It has my top 3 favorite clothing attributes at the moment:

black ✔︎

lace ✔︎

bell sleeves ✔︎

The lace is so delicate and and looks so beautiful when light shines through it. I paired it with flare jeans, a floppy hat and wooden heels for a a more casual look. I’ve also made it into a dress by wearing it with just a tight black dress underneath and some ankle strap heels. Like I said, I LOVE clothing items that can be made casual and dressy! Plus this top is only $56!!! Looks so much more expensive, right?

I’ve been wearing this floppy hat with everything lately. It’s the perfect shade for my summer wardrobe and has the cutest braided band around the rim. I also love that I can fold it up and throw it in my purse for travel and it will keep it’s shape, which is super ideal for summer travels!

The top and hat are both from HER. Boutique. I just recently discovered them and have been hitting some serious gold mines. They have the basics, but also have knock-out pieces like this top. Plus, everything is insanely reasonably priced. So I can justify buying 1 or 2 or 5 things…. every week. Haha the addiction is real!

I hope you all have a fabulous day! Grab a mimosa, kick back and enjoy this beautiful Summer day! & make sure to check back in tomorrow for a brand new video tutorial that features the most life-changing hair styling tool you’ve ever seen.

Life. Changing.

See you then!
