Reflections

Before we came out to Colorado, it was raining almost every single day in San Francisco. There is something so incredibly beautiful about when it rains in SF. Typically it is more of a constant mist than a harsh rain, and leaves the most stunning glow on the concrete with reflections in each of the puddles. It is one of the things I have fallen in love with most about my beautiful city.

Gray Day

Happy Monday, loves! Today’s casual, comfy look if for running around doing errands before traveling for the holidays! Patrick and I leave for Colorado tomorrow, where we will be for the next 2 and a half weeks. I have lots to get done today, so I needed a no-fuss outfit to get sh** done in. I always throw this cozy hooded cardigan from HER Boutique on when I’m in a rush because it is so comfy and casual-cute. I love cardigans that are a little longer in the front and have long sleeves that I can wrap my hands in when its cold. Plus, its the prettiest charcoal grey color, which is my go-to shade in the cooler months.

I hope this post finds you well and not too crazy from all of the holiday madness… right?! I’m sharing a more casual, rainy day look on the blog today. I’ve started a full-blown, obsessive collection of these tee’s from HER Boutique. I knew I had to get a nice olive colored one because it is my favorite color to wear! These are seriously the best fitting tee’s I have tried.. and boy have I TRIED. Let’s just say, I know my tee’s, and this one is up with the best of them. The grey one is 20% off today with code: “Grey20” – I posted about it here.

Good morning, guys! We are officially in the rainy season here in SF, but even when it rains it is still so beautiful in this city! I love how the lights reflect off of the damp street, and the clouds hang low over downtown. It hasn’t been too cold, and the rain is more of a consistent mist. I wore this look last week to run errands before heading to Colorado for the weekend. I got the bodysuit from HER Boutique and I love it paired with my favorite ripped denim (You need these jeans – they fit ahh mazing. Tight on the legs, not on the waist, and not too much stretch!) The top can be dressed up or down and can be worn through all the seasons!

Exposed Shoulders and Pom Poms

Is there anything better than a Sunday in December? If you’re brave enough to go the mall anytime in December, I commend you. After experiencing the chaos of downtown San Francisco during Christmas time, Patrick and I opted for quick online gift shopping this weekend, and spent our time outside of the city and far from the malls.

This is my ideal weekend outfit. It transitions perfectly from day to night and there is nothing I love more than a red sweater in December.  I got this sweater from HER Boutique because you know I have a thing for exposed shoulders, as well as a cozy knit I can cuddle up in.
