Good morning, babes! I am heading to Colorado this afternoon and am so excited for a quick trip home! I will be traveling a bunch over the next couple of months and am so excited to show you where the next destinations will be! Today’s look featured one of my favorite trends: exaggerated bell sleeves. I spotted this amazing top when I was looking for a belt at Forever21 and obviously had to get it! It looks ways more expensive than it is and totally makes all my trendy sleeve dreams come true. It is more of a crop top length, so I paired it with a high-waisted denim and sky-high heels. Hope you are all have a beautiful start to Spring!!
Happy Monday, loves! Today’s casual, comfy look if for running around doing errands before traveling for the holidays! Patrick and I leave for Colorado tomorrow, where we will be for the next 2 and a half weeks. I have lots to get done today, so I needed a no-fuss outfit to get sh** done in. I always throw this cozy hooded cardigan from HER Boutique on when I’m in a rush because it is so comfy and casual-cute. I love cardigans that are a little longer in the front and have long sleeves that I can wrap my hands in when its cold. Plus, its the prettiest charcoal grey color, which is my go-to shade in the cooler months.
Is there anything better than a Sunday in December? If you’re brave enough to go the mall anytime in December, I commend you. After experiencing the chaos of downtown San Francisco during Christmas time, Patrick and I opted for quick online gift shopping this weekend, and spent our time outside of the city and far from the malls.
This is my ideal weekend outfit. It transitions perfectly from day to night and there is nothing I love more than a red sweater in December. I got this sweater from HER Boutique because you know I have a thing for exposed shoulders, as well as a cozy knit I can cuddle up in.
Patrick and I had our Anniversary getaway over the weekend up in Forestville at The Farmhouse Inn. We had such a relaxing stay, I am trying to find a way to get back up there!
One of my favorite parts about living in San Francisco is that I get the hustle and bustle of the city during the week, and can escape for the weekend with just a drive over the bridge. It truly feels like a mini vacation whenever we make the quick hour drive into wine country. For example, if you drive an hour south of San Francisco to Matanzas Creek Winery, you can walk amongst the most stunning lavender fields. It has the most heavenly aroma and you can actually purchase Lavender Essential Oil made on the property. I love putting a couple drops on my pillow before I go to sleep for relaxation and to improve my sleep.
Happy Monday, guys! We had the nicest day of the entire summer in SF yesterday. It was 85 and sunny, which is a rare occasion for summers in San Francisco. One thing that I did not know about SF is that it is typically colder in the summer than it is in the winter. Crazy right? September, October and November are actually the warmest months and possibly the best months to visit.
