Happy Thursday! Is there anything prettier than Autumn leaves? I mean, come on. Really. I’ll never get used to seeing the streets lined with bright colored leaves. I am literally in awe every time I see them. With Fall comes chunky sweaters, and this burnt orange one from HER Boutique was love at first site. I took these pictures in Downtown Napa. It is so incredibly beautiful there this time of year and I highly recommend getting up there ASAP to experience it in the Fall. There really is nothing like it. Plus there is wine there.

Lace in Yountville

Good morning, guys! It has been a crazy few weeks and is only about to get crazier! I spent the past weekend in Yosemite with an inspiring group of creatives, where ironically enough, we had no WiFi for 3 days. It felt amazing to step away from social media to enjoy the beauty of such an incredible place and appreciate the company of some of the most interesting people. It will be a tough couple of days getting back into the swing of things after such an amazing trip, but I feel so incredibly fortunate that I am able to travel and create inspiring content for a living.

When you arrive at Meadowood you are instantly transported into another world. City dwellers make the escape to Meadowood for relaxation, and travelers may come for the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant. Happy Wednesday! It’s been a crazy few weeks and it is only going to get crazier! I will be traveling the next couple of months and have a few go-to items that I need to have when I’ll be gone for an extended amount of time. I love sweater dresses because they can be worn so many different ways! I obviously love them with OTK boots, but they also look great with a pair of ankle boots or flats! They are also a travel essential for me because I can also wear them as a top with jeans to make a completely different look. I’m always looking for ways to travel lighter, know what I mean?

Into the Lavender Fields

Patrick and I had our Anniversary getaway over the weekend up in Forestville at The Farmhouse Inn. We had such a relaxing stay, I am trying to find a way to get back up there!

One of my favorite parts about living in San Francisco is that I get the hustle and bustle of the city during the week, and can escape for the weekend with just a drive over the bridge. It truly feels like a mini vacation whenever we make the quick hour drive into wine country. For example, if you drive an hour south of San Francisco to Matanzas Creek Winery, you can walk amongst the most stunning lavender fields. It has the most heavenly aroma and you can actually purchase Lavender Essential Oil made on the property. I love putting a couple drops on my pillow before I go to sleep for relaxation and to improve my sleep.
