Nancy Ann’s Flower Market

April Showers Bring May Flowers! It is finally May! AKA my birthday month and my favorite time of the year for SO many reasons. I love when everything starts blooming in San Francisco, it really is unlike anything else. Walks become longer, mostly because it’s warmer and I stop every two seconds to take pictures of flowers, and weekends are dedicated to being outside enjoying the sun! I love Sausalito, and if you have never been then I highly suggest you go! We stumbled upon the cutest little flower shop, Nancy Ann’s Flower Market, while having lunch there recently and the flower selection was INSANE! The most unique, vibrant, beautiful flowers you’ll ever see and a storefront that is just as dreamy. If you are now planning to visit Sausalito, I urge you to make a day of it!! You can rent bikes in San Francisco (I suggest somewhere near the Ferry Building), bike over the GGB down into Sausalito (prettiest ride ever!!), and then reward yourself with Margs and Baja-Style Mexican Tacos at Sausalito Taco Shop (our all-time fave in Sausalito!). Now that you have a little buzz from the bomb margaritas.. do a little shopping, pick up some fresh blooms and hop on the ferry with your bike and head back to the Ferry building. Sounds like the perfect day right?! Happy first day of May!!

Hello loves! I am so excited to finally share these pretty little things I got from Pretty Little Thing! This dress could not be more PERFECT!! It looks designer but is only $70 which totally blows my mind. It also comes in a million colors – and now that I know I love it so much, I am definitely getting it in white, dusty rose and red for my upcoming weddings and events before they sell out!

Posting this last look from my time in NYC is making me so sad and is totally making me want to go back! The energy you feel from this city is unlike any other. You truly can accomplish more in a New York Minute than any other minute, I promise. I have been a repeat offender of this outfit one too many times, but I am legit obsessed with it. The sleeves on this top are straight from the style gods and pair perfectly with my lovely black and white, lace-up heels from Lola Shoetique. This was the first time I had been to Dumbo after seeing countless photos of it scattered all over Instagram. It almost looked fake and was a bucket list location that I was so excited to finally check off. Also – I do not recommend wearing these heels on cobblestone. Haha!

Florals in the Flatiron District

Good morning and happy Monday, loves! I had so much fun dressing for NYC and was totally in my style element. I was obviously having a floral moment and loved the black and olive combo and how it complimented the pops of red (how adorbs is my little red Nano Strathberry bag?!). The Flatiron Building has become such an iconic spot for bloggers, and while I was here I happened to run into one of my faves, Arielle Charnas, who writes the blog Something Navy. This dress is a must because it can truly make it through every season when paired with different items. The see-through detail also gives it an updated and sexy look that i’m really into right now.

Vintage Florals on a Sunday. Could anything be more romantic? I love that this set from VICI looks like a dress, but is actually a crop top/skirt combo. I love this for so many reasons, but mostly because you can wear either the top or skirt separately to create a completely different look. The top is off the shoulder with ruffles, which we all know is having its’ moment. This look can also be easily dressed up or down – perfect for a relaxing Sunday, but pair it with heels and you’ve got a pretty date night look at well.
