Good morning, loves! Our neighborhood is so beautiful right now! Everything is starting to bloom and the streets are starting to become more and more colorful. Understated floral details are so lovely this time of year, and I love this off-the-shoulder top from Modern Vintage Boutique for that reason!
Patrick and I have been so busy lately, so we didn’t even think about planning anything for my Birthday (I’m not big on Birthday celebrations for myself… just like to spend the day with loved ones!). But yesterday when I got home, Patrick said that he booked a night stay for us somewhere within a 3-hour drive from San Francisco, but won’t tell me where! All he said is that it is a casual place and that we will be going on a hike (what I asked for!!). Any guesses on where we are going?! I have no idea!!
As I get older, and because of what I do for a living, I care less and less about material things and more about experiences. About 3 years ago, Patrick and I decided that for every big occasion we would go on trips together, rather than buying each other presents. I swear it was the best decision we have ever made!!

There is an Easter Parade on our street today which is always pretty wild and hilarious. There are food trucks, petting zoos and parades throughout the day. Last year I remember I didn’t know there was a parade on our street and walked out to a pony at the bottom of our steps, it was hilarious! Good morning, babes! I am heading to Colorado this afternoon and am so excited for a quick trip home! I will be traveling a bunch over the next couple of months and am so excited to show you where the next destinations will be! Today’s look featured one of my favorite trends: exaggerated bell sleeves. I spotted this amazing top when I was looking for a belt at Forever21 and obviously had to get it! It looks ways more expensive than it is and totally makes all my trendy sleeve dreams come true. It is more of a crop top length, so I paired it with a high-waisted denim and sky-high heels. I received several questions about this look that I posted on Instagram last week and thought I’d make a quick post to answer all of your questions! This top from Modern Vintage Boutique quickly became a favorite with its’ unique lace details and comfy fit. I love it paired with a dark wash, flared denim with sky high wooden heels. I wore the oversized straw hat to tie in with the wooden heels and tan Strathberry bag. This is the perfect weekend look for around town or when on vacay. I love the Winter White but this look can easily be worn year round (maybe sub the flared jeans for ripped denim shorts in the Summer). Anyways, I hope you are all having a fantastic week! xo
