Metallic Pleats

Good morning, guys! How is it already Monday again?! This weekend totally flew by! I hope you all enjoyed your Easter weekend, whatever your traditions may be!

I am so excited to be heading back to the Farmhouse Inn tomorrow for a couple days with a couple of my favorite bloggers, Erika of Whiskey & Lace and Olia of Love, Olia! Not only am I excited because the Farmhouse Inn is one of my absolute favorite places to go (remember this post?!), but I am also so excited for some quality girl time with these two awesome, inspiring ladies! Make sure to follow along on Instastories and Snapchat as we visit a couple wineries and to get a BTS look at our week!

Spring Patterns

Good morning, guys! I am so excited because in a few hours I will be in total vacation mode when my girlfriends arrive in San Francisco for a little Napa Getaway. I love playing host to friends that have never been to Napa. I feel like I am going to forever change their life by introducing them to it. Haha! I am taking them to a few of my favorite wineries, including Domaine Carneros, Regusci and Flora Springs and made reservations for dinner at PRESS in St. Helena. I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to wear this dress from VICI this weekend when I saw the weather forecast for rain, but I just rechecked it and now it shows some sun! So into the luggage it goes! It’s Thirsty Thursday and this girl needs some wine. Have a great weekend!!

Gun Metal

I swear San Francisco is one of the most charming cities in the world. It reminds me of Europe in so many ways. I pass this little alley every time I go into Patrick’s office in the financial district and it always transports me to the quant little side streets of Italy. When we were shooting here there were a couple men smoking cigars outside the cigar bar and the streets were still glistening from the early morning rain. I’ve lived here for over a year, but still fall in love with a new piece of the city every single day.

I happened to stumble across my jacket on Nordstrom’s website last night and noticed that it was on sale. This is one of my go-to coats. I love the slight sheen it has to it and the mix between business/casual. It is timeless and is on sale for less than $45, so I had to let you know about it ASAP!! Happy Friday!

Introducing: The Audrey Top

Good morning and happy Monday beautiful people!! I am so excited to be able to finally announce that this beautiful eyelash lace, bell sleeve top is now available from Bliss Tulle! Finding the perfect top to pair with a tulle skirt can be tricky, but thankfully this makes the decision obvious. The top hits at the perfect spot at the waist, right where the tulle skirt starts. I have worn and had tops similar to this in the past, but none even come close to this custom piece available at Blisstulle. It is so dainty, feminine and stretchy!!! Stretchy is the key! I have had to be careful wearing delicate lace tops in the past, which isn’t ideal, especially since I am usually wearing a tulle skirt for some type of event and want to be able to move around at my own will. Here I paired it with the Emma Skirt in Cream Champagne, which compliments it perfectly.

Boho Braids and Ruffled Sleeves

Happy Friday, loves!! I found the most perfect top to ever be made from Catch Bliss Boutique recently. These sleeves give me LIFE. Exaggerated sleeves are such a trend right now and I am totally into it. I have so much travel coming up in the next 2 months, but honestly you cannot get much better than what San Francisco has to offer. It truly is one of the most incredible places on earth, with so much beauty spanning such a small amount of space. We took these images in the Marin Headlands, feeling totally inspired by the lush land from the all the recent rain. There were actual Calla Lilies growing in a field overlooking the lighthouse, near the lands edge. I pinch myself every day that I get to live here.
