So, there are two things I LOVE and they are off the shoulder tops & Spring. There is such a switch in my mood when the sun starts coming out more and my summer pieces get to come back into rotation. Can we talk about this top? Literal perfection. I love that you can wear it with jeans, shorts, a maxi skirt.. anything and it will automatically make your outfit look cute. I’ve also rekindled my love affair with hats. A lavender floppy hat to welcome Spring? I can’t think of anything better. And it’s proving to be impossible for me to take off this gold and white watch from Abbott Lyon. It’s so classy and chic and come on, anything gold makes me swoon. I’m thinking about heading down to the farmer’s market today to pick up some fresh goods for the week! Hope you are all having a lovely weekend my lovely people! Just a couple more weeks till it’s officially Spring!

Blanket Scarves

Just when you think Spring has arrived – a couple weeks of rain enter the forecast. I’m using it as an excuse to wear my favorite winter items a few more times. I have a crazy obsession with blanket scarves and use them a million different ways! I always take one with me when traveling because it is always -30° on the place (seriously though, am I the only one that thinks this?!). I wear them as scarves, obviously, but also as ponchos. I’ve really been digging maroon all winter long and this wine and grey blanket scarf that I got it up in Napa has been a staple in my closet during the winter months. And these Stuart Weitzman OTK boots were the best investment I ever made. I wear them almost every day because they go with everything and glam up any look! I will be ducking in and out of coffee shops today to stay out of the rain and use these next few gloomy days to catch up on some work.

Can you believe it’s already March?! I feel like this year is already flying right by! The weather has been up and down here in SF – with day’s that feel like summer to days that are bitter cold that feel like winter. Thankful for days like this when I can pull out a skirt and enjoy some Vitamin D outside! Do you guys recognize this top? It is actually the dress I wore in this post. One of my best kept secrets to an endless wardrobe is making the same item look completely different. I paired this tight mauve dress with a girly and white a-line skirt from Forever 21. The top and skirt together are under $45… say whaaat! I absolutely love this combo for Easter. It is feminine, girly and fun!

It is feeling more like Spring every day! The other day I woke up before the sun to catch the most incredible San Francisco sunrise on Black Sands Beach. It has been so sunny here lately it felt good to finally be able to put my toes in the sand and walk along the beach without a coat and scarf. This weather has been such a tease and I am in need of a tropical vacation with daily beach visits. I found the cutest coverup and swimsuit from ViX by Paula Hermanny and think it deserves some good beach time as well. I’m going to be living in this coverup this Summer. It’s so easy to throw on after a beach sesh but classy enough to wear around the pretty tropical villas. And THIS SUIT.. OMG. I die. The color helps us pasty whites by giving the elusion of a tan. The bikini is super flattering – i’m not lying when I say this is seriously my favorite bikini i’ve ever owned (and I have owned a lot of bikinis). Anyways, i’m off to plan my next vacation because why not.

It should probably be a rule that every woman should own at least 1 or 2 statement coats. They can truly make any outfit and keep you warm when going from A to B. Since moving to San Francisco, I have discovered that driving just isn’t worth the hassle so I walk EVERYWHERE. To the grocery store, out to dinner, shopping, you name it – I walk. I’m not complaining, I actually love this new ritual that allows we to get extra exercise. However, it does requires that I bundle up for the chilly city walks. Warm coats are a necessity in SF so I find myself constantly searching for new ones! This sky blue coat is my new favorite. It offers a fresh new look and is the perfect color to transition into Spring. While out exploring the city with my friend and awesome photographer, Melissa, I wore it with this black Enza Costa Turtle Neck Dress and Karen Millen Heels.
