Express Yourself with these Must-Haves

Happy Wednesday, guys! I posted a sneak peek of this look on Instagram a couple weeks ago and got so many questions about outfit details. First off, this skirt from Express is a must-have in every girls wardrobe. It is super light weight and is a bonded mesh material that holds the perfect flare. I picture it with so many different looks! You could pair is with a white top for wedding festivities, a red top for Christmas, a pink turtleneck sweater for for a fancy brunch.. it is one of those items that you can keep coming back to. Plus it cinches at the perfect spot on your waist, making it ultra flattering for your figure.;)

I wear a crop top any chance I get! I’ve worn this top in a million posts, and you’ll probably see it pop up a million more times. It’s one of my go-to basics that I literally couldn’t live without.

These black velvet, strappy heels are from Lola Shoetique. They are seriously one of the comfiest heels I own because of the thick heel. I can wear them all.day.long. and not even feel it! I wear them with skinny jeans, dresses, shorts, everything!

Lace Belle Sleeves

Good morning guys! I hope you had a great Monday and a good start to the week. I had a million things to catch up on after being out of town for my best friends wedding, and am still trying to catch back up today. I had such an incredible time celebrating their marriage and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! I don’t think there was ever a time I wasn’t laughing with a huge smily on my face! Nothing makes me happier than being whole-heartedly excited for my best friends future.

I have become a professional wedding guest as of lately, and my girls always come to me to borrow my white clothing items for different wedding events. Engagement Party, Bridal Shower, Dress Shopping, Rehearsal Dinner… the bride needs to have a bunch of striking white outfits on deck. I am OBSESSED with this romper from Modern Vintage Boutique. I think white rompers take up half my closet, and TBH I’m not even embarrassed by that. They are so comfy, trendy and flattering~ I love the lace detailing on this one and the dramatic bell sleeves. The shorts are also slightly flared which makes it even more flattering than normal! It is on sale for $34 so snatch it before it’s gone!!

Do I even need to say anything? These boots speak for themselves. They could literally make a trash bag look good. The nude shade blends into the leg and gives the illusion that you are a lot taller/thiner… shhh our little secret 😉

Parisian Influence

I know, I know. Another striped shirt. I honestly just can’t get enough of them. I love how casual stripes are, yet they put off an incredibly sophisticated and cool vibe when worn the right way. This look reminds me so much of my time in Paris. I can’t help but picture how perfect this would be for a picnic in front of the Eiffel Tower. Enjoying a baguette, cheese and wine in Europe while wearing this outfit? What could be better? (If any of you are lucky enough to be going to Paris this summer, please live out this fantasy for me). Maybe this is my way of coping with the fact I won’t be making it to Europe this Summer. So, you know, I guess I’m bringing it to me?

A Vision in White

I’ve been DYING to share this dress with you guys! I saw and fell in love with it a couple years ago when I saw a picture of GiGi Hadid modeling it for Guess. Of course when I went in to get it, it was sold out EVERY.WHERE. Then one lucky day I wandered in the store and asked if they had gotten any more in and sure enough they had one left and it was in my size! If I didn’t believe in fate, I do now. It is one of those dresses that comes around once in a lifetime. Okay I might be exaggerating and am making it sound like I am in a relationship with a dress, but I couldn’t be more in love with every tiny detail. It frames your body perfectly and the lines are SO flattering. The little line below the butt literally gives you a butt, it’s amazing. Hah!

Summer Days with HER Boutique

I know that it is Saturday and I don’t typically post, but I couldn’t wait to share this new outfit with you guys! I am gearing up for a month of traveling, which means i’ve been online shopping like it’s my job. Vacations always deserve a new wardrobe. Am I right? Off the shoulder tops have been giving me life lately and stripes always just scream summer. So when I spotted this pretty little top from HER Boutique, I could’t open my wallet fast enough. A lot of times off the shoulder tops can be a little boxy, so I love that this one cinches at the waist and gives you shape. I also like that is in a little longer than most off the shoulder tops.
