Hints of Fall

This may be premature, but fall is right around the corner! I’ve been gravitating towards, these rich, rusty hues in anticipation of the changing seasons. Mustard yellow has always been a favorite of mine. You can’t go wrong with it. This is the most insanely soft tee I own and if i’m not wearing it to sleep in, i’m throwing it on for a casual night out. I love that it has longer sleeves too. There is nothing I hate more than wimpy little sleeves, and i’ve found this to be the perfect length! I’m heading out with one of my good friends to work on a fun project around the city today. Not All Who Wander . . .

Good morning, everyone! Yay! It’s finally wine Wednesday. And girl, I need it.

This started out as a trip to the sunflower fields near Sacramento. We were so excited, as we had been seeing so many pictures of them lately, and drove a couple of hours out of the city to see them. To our surprise, we arrived to a field of dead sunflowers. It was kind of funny, kind of sad and we were left sitting there in the middle of nowhere questioning what we should do with an hour left of sun. There was a row of trees across the highway, which was intriguing because you couldn’t see what was behind them. Lo and behold we snuck behind the trees to find the most beautiful sight. There was a large field of tomatoes being farmed, with huge tomatoes in every color. Okay, maybe I’m weird and one of the only people in the universe that would find that site beautiful. And it’s mostly because I’m OBSESSED with tomatoes. Anyways… there was also a cornfield that stretched as far as the eye could see and bushes of beautiful flowers.

Golden Hour

Good morning, everyone! I am so excited to share this lookbook that I shot featuring one of my favorite jewelry designers, Melinda Maria. When it comes to jewelry, they just get me. Every little detail is so stunningly beautiful. It is no wonder why so many celebrities drench themselves in MM jewels for award shows and red carpet events. I don’t know what it is about silver jewelry, but I have never really worn it. I always flock to gold tones, no matter what it is. I like it better with my skin tone and think it looks rich and ultra-chic. I have a bunch of MM cuffs that I have worn in several past posts. I seriously can’t get over how obsessed I am with them! People are constantly asking me where I got them when i’m out. They’re so unique and different from the typical bracelet, I love wearing them high up on my arm! Also, as you already know. I’m a sucker for rings. I mean, the more the better. I haven’t taken these three of since I got them. They are such statement pieces and compliment each other so beautifully.

Good morning, everyone! And happy Monday!

I spent the entire weekend catching up on work after vacation, and feel so rejuvenated and ready to take on the week! I am, however, having major FOMO over Outside Lands. Did any of you go? How was it?

Anyways, let’s get right to it.. this sexy little cut out dress is from Bugzzi and I couldn’t be more in love with it! Bugzzi has sort of become my go-to online boutique for date-nights, they always have the cutest dresses! This one hugs you in all the right places and is so incredibly flattering. I wore this out to date-night with a pair of nude pumps a little black handbag.  It could also be dressed town with a pair of flats and leather jacket! I love the versatility of it and the fact that it’s under $75 blows my mind.

The 5th

It comes as no surprise that I am obsessed with rose gold. Rose gold watches have been a total game-changer for me. I never used to wear watches because they typically only come in gold and silver, and I really only wear rose gold jewelry so I would always worry that they would clash.
